• Does NOT guarantee any outcomes
• Does NOT resolve bet outcomes or track your wagers with sportsbooks

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Service. By using ClutchedScript, you confirm that you are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and that sports betting is legal where you reside.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Free users receive a limited number of research validations per day at no cost
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or as stated at checkout
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period

5. Refund Policy — All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final and non-refundable. ClutchedScript is a digital subscription service and no physical goods are delivered. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Before subscribing, all users have the opportunity to evaluate the full functionality of ClutchedScript through our free tier, which provides complimentary research validations each day. This free access is provided specifically so users can experience the quality and scope of the Service prior to any purchase decision.

Because you have had a meaningful opportunity to try the Service before subscribing, we do not offer refunds after a payment has been processed, including but not limited to:

• Accidental or unintended purchases
• Dissatisfaction with analysis results or data accuracy
• Failure to cancel before a renewal date
• Partial months or unused subscription time

If you believe you were charged in error due to a technical fault on our end, contact us at support@clutchedscript.com within 48 hours of the charge. We will review valid technical error claims on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks or disputes initiated through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Misuse the platform to generate spam or fraudulent activity

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClutchedScript is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any sports data or analysis. Use of this Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability
