All subscription payments and purchases made through ClutchedScript are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing cycles but does not refund the current billing period. You will retain access to your plan until the end of the current paid period.
The free tier of ClutchedScript is provided at no cost and is not subject to refunds. Usage limits on the free tier may change at any time.
ClutchedScript is a research and validation tool. We do not provide picks, odds, or guaranteed outcomes. Subscriptions grant access to data analysis features — not to guaranteed results. The nature of sports betting research means outcomes are inherently uncertain.
If you believe you were charged in error or charged for a plan you did not purchase, contact support immediately. Verified billing errors will be corrected, but this is the only exception to the all-sales-final policy.
Free trials and promotional access periods are provided at no cost. If a trial converts to a paid subscription, the charge is final under this policy. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
